Refund Request

For the refund request to be valid and approved, it must be notified in writing to the email contact@alleninsurancegroup-llc.com in the first 24 hrs the initial date of payment for a 50% refund.  Once the refund request is received in writing, Allen Insurance Group, LLC has up to 5 business days to process it.  In the event of any dispute, it will be first evaluated, mediated before any action and/or litigation to be taken.
